Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love every ArtizHub product, but in case something doesn’t work out, here’s our policy.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Only regular priced items are eligible; custom or discounted items are non-returnable.
Non-returnable Items Include:
- Personalized/customized products.
- Discounted or clearance items.
- Paintings made on request.
Return/Exchange Process:
- Email us at support@artizhub.com with order ID and issue description with photos.
- If approved, we will share return instructions.
- Customer must send the item back within 7 working days.
- Exchanges will be initiated upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
